Berlin, it’s time. The crunch of Rome has landed.

On October 3rd, we open the doors of Del Quartiere — our very first pizzeria — and we won’t stop serving until the early morning. From midday to sunrise, it’s going to be a marathon of crispy Roman slices, flowing drinks, and the unmistakable buzz of Berlin nights.

And for this opening, we’re bringing in two legends to set the tone. Gabrielle Bonci, the Roman master known worldwide as the king of pizza al taglio, joins forces with Alessandro Ruver, a craftsman of bold flavors and refined technique. Together, they’ll be at the ovens, turning out trays that celebrate everything Roman pizza should be: airy, crunchy, and unapologetically generous.

This isn’t just pizza. It’s a culinary spectacle. From the iconic Margherita and rustic potato slice to mortadella kissed with truffle and slices loaded with fiery ’nduja, every tray is baked with obsession and meant to be shared.

Del Quartiere is more than food. It’s a vibe. Aperitivo culture collides with Berlin energy, long tables fill with friends, cocktails clink, music flows, and laughter lingers. Plates never stay full for long.

Our story began as three friends chasing the perfect slice. Now it continues with you, and with two of Italy’s finest chefs setting the standard from day one. This is more than an opening — it’s the start of a new Roman chapter in Berlin.
